– 10% VAT will be added to all rates.

– From April 1, 2019, there will be an additional Government Levy of USD$4.38 per night for the one-bedroom apartment,  and USD$8.75 per night for the two-bedroom apartment.

– Service Charge is at your discretion

– Special discounts for CARICOM residents, BARP members

– Children under 12 free

– Monthly rentals available on request (booking must exceed 28 days)

– 1 bedroom maximum of 3 (extra person charge for 3rd person applies)

– 2 bedrooms maximum of 5 (extra person charge for 5th person applies)

– Visa, MasterCard, Amex accepted. Your card will be charged in Barbados dollars

– Deposit required for confirmation. Non-refundable bookings will be charged in full at the time of booking.
